MODERN DOMESTIC LEADERSHIP THEORY: THEORETICAL AND APPLIED ASPECTS

Abstract. The article analyzes the current approaches to the definition of leadership, as well as its main determinants stand. The article also analyzes the achievements of domestic psychologists studying the phenomenon of leadership, and discusses the main research directions in modern Russian liderologii. Particular attention is paid to the problem of youth leadership.
